Ferment Yourself Wild Workshop – Sat Nov 30th 2019
At the end of November, the good folk from the Fermentary are coming to Black Barn Farm to share their breadth of knowledge on all things ‘fermentation’. They’ll cover the fundamentals of wild fermentation and together you’ll make sauerkraut, a brined veg, a kimchi and kefir butter. You’ll also enjoy a light lunch – a little from our garden and get to take all your ferments home with you.
